SPIKE to investigate making pages using the templateKey of infoPage can be easily converted to be added from CMS. It should be simple from what I can tell - want some work done on this.
What is the expected behavior?
CMS editors can create new pages (will not include nav bar edits currently though)
What is motivation or use case for adding/changing the behavior?
it's a waste of time for devs to create new pages - CMS should handle that.
How should this be implemented in your opinion?
look at how the "news" cms types are written out in the yml and cms.js files - they have a property of "creatable" or something similar.
