navbar "resources" dropdown #89

Feature request

What is the expected behavior? navbar has an item called "resources" which is a dropdown

What is motivation or use case for adding/changing the behavior? to ensure volunteers have easy access to the info they need

How should this be implemented in your opinion? "resources" navbar item drops down to 1) patterns 2) state/region directory 3) knowledgebase

Are you willing to work on this yourself? can't

"state/region directory" should be called "Local Chapters"
