facebook and twitter branding #29

added twitter and facebook style-components with colors on hover. Didn't add colors onto the links because the facebook color clashed with the body color. Also changed some facebook text to be more inline with their branding guidelines.

@gvan12 let me know if this is in line with what you were thinking with the styled-components. If not I can make the necessary changes
