Describe the bug
Double-clicking a file in a portal fails to open the file unless the user points accurately at the filename.
To Reproduce
Note red highlighted area around filename in attached screenshot. I will refer to this as the hot area.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Create a portal for the Desktop
Ensure the portal contains at least one file
Hover the pointer over the file; a file highlight appears. Note the vertical height of the highlight.
Double-click with the pointer to activate the file, AVOIDING the hot area
Expected behavior
User double-clicks on the highlight but NOT in the hot area, there is no response.
If user double-clicks on the hot area, the file will open.
Clicking anywhere in the file highlight ought to open the file.
Currently, the pointer needs to point accurately within the hot area for this to function.
The hot area should be expanded to the full file highlight area.

Additional context
This bug creates an annoying, intermittent and unreliable experience in opening files from portals on the desktop.
