I am having the same issues but on Windows 11 thought it was just windows 11 thing.

Edit: I guess I had it "Run as Admin" and I unchecked that option and now it seems be running at start up. I done reboots and fully shutdowns.
And check another PC that didn't have this problem and yeah it doesn't have "Run as Admin" checked.

Well that's interesting.. I didn't have "launch as admin" checked on my side, and checking it seems to prevent Portals to even launch itself. In my case, the software doesn't launch itself but all the Portals are in “hidden” by default and double-clicking the desktop doesn't make them appear. I don't think it's the same bug, but thanks for the help !

Version
3.3.0.9
Operating System
Windows 10
What happened?
"Launch on startup" is checked, and the process does start, but my portals don't appear and stay hidden even when I double-click my desktop or use the keybindings. The only way to make them appear is to click the tray icon of the app and check/uncheck the little eye icon to show or hide a portal. After one of the portal shows up this way, double-clicking and the keybinding work as intended.
Note that I can make a short recording of my screen from my phone like it's 2005 again if this description isn't clear enough.
Steps to Reproduce
Check "Launch on startup" in the options menu and restart your system,
What would you expect to happen?
For my portals to show up on their own after I boot the OS.
