BUG: Dozens of spurious notifications everyday #370

What happened?

Dual monitor configuration with a BENQ GW2780 (1080p) and Gigabyte G27Q (1440p).

As soon as I replaced my previous monitor (Iiyama GB2770HSU 1080p) by the Gigabyte G27Q, I got dozens of notifications everyday, each time I move the mouse to get out of "sleep" (when the monitors turn black after 5 mn of inactivity).

Any idea how to solve this issue (without just disabling this specific notification, which would be a workaround, but wouldn't solve the root cause) ?

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Monitors turn black due to sleep mode.
  2. Move the mouse
  3. Get a notification.

What would you expect to happen?

No notification.

You can turn off "Auto Detect Display Changes": image

Thanks, do you have an idea what may have triggered this odd behavior on that specific monitor, and not the previous one ?
