Functions implemented that detect user location and can zoom to centroid of state. Need to implement statistics in panel for each state (most likely hotline statistics)

State specific statistics can now be displayed in the panel. Some edits required:

states containing two words need to be addressed
styling and layout of the statistics need to be edited.
