Default setting for file path #61

If you press download without filling the file path the download will fail. Once I fill the file path with an existing directory (where my user has write access) like /Users/nicexe/Downloads/ then downloading works. Can there be a default path for the firefox extensions that pre-fills the file path? If the user wants a different path then they can just type something else.

define dir option of your aria 2 instance.

I defined dir option in aria,but it didn't work. I'm using Linux
