Game of Thrones characters are always in danger of being eliminated. The challenge in this assignment is to see at what risk are the characters that are still alive of being eliminated. The goal of this project is to rank characters by their Percentage Likelihood of Death (PLOD). You will assign a PLOD using machine learning approaches.

Can someone provide me sample input data and result from json_to_arff converter function for testing puposes?

@sacdallago Should this issue be closed with one pull request? Or should it be open until the project ends? As there will more tests as functionality gets added.

Mh. Maybe: Set a milestone to "end of profect" and put a label "Care of project E" and leave it open to the end. Do you agree?
