removed campaign bar #522

Quick question: wasn't there some problem with the map when introducing the sponsor bar in the first place? @yashha maybe you know more about this?

LGTM, everything fine now There was a problem adding the campaign, because the layout was not flexible enough. The removing is now easy. Maybe we also remove unnecessary css rules :)
