Unable to view backtransformed GCODE #14

Open tamccall opened 8 months ago

tamccall commented 8 months ago

Describe the bug Have downloaded the script and I am able to load the transformed STL files into prusaslicer. I then run the backtransformation script and that script exits successfully. However, I am unable to open the converted GCODE in a GCODE viewer. Can provide the relevant STL files if necessary.

Have also tried using the CNC kitchen guide and followed all the steps regarding resetting the print origin and adding the dummy plate below the part. Still the same error

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Transform STL file using script
  2. Slice the file using prusaslicer
  3. Backtransformed the sliced GCODE
  4. Open the backtransformed GCODE in a gcode viewer.
  5. see an error

Expected behavior Can open the backtransformed GCODE in a gcode viewer

Hi

I always use Simplify3D to view Gcodes. There are also online Gcode viewers. Have you tried them?

Regards

Michael
