What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run "classify joint_snv_mix_two" on some of my data.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the output file.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
JointSNVMix 0.7.5, the feature version, running on Debian 7.2, with Python 2.7.3
Please provide any additional information below.
