JointSNVMix produces large files.  It would be a nice feature to use '-' as the 
output filename and to have the output go to stdout so that external filtering 
or compression could be applied to reduce file sizes.

The 0.8 release will write to STDOUT by default. An optional flag will allow 
output to file.
