No pdfs under result/plots/loci #6

Hello,

Thanks for your tool. It helped me a lot.

I met a really strange problem. After I using PyClone run_analysis_pipeline to deal with my data, there is no any result under plots/loci. I already got results/tables/loci.tsv and there is also pdfs in result/plots/clusters/*pdf.

Could you help me figure out what happened and solve the problem?
