Spraying Quick Form: Reloading previous quick forms

A placeholder issue to remind us that we need to specify

1. which forms are easily accessible for reloading into the spraying quick form
2. which fields will be required when reloading spraying quick forms

In reality, I think the crux of the problem here is recording the times at which products were applied to a single job - resolving that problem I think should take priority and would resolve this one.

Following on from issue #82, I spoke to the farm team about pre-populating spraying inputs until such time as we can address issue #224, they asked if pre-populating logic could reproduce the entire form with the following exceptions:

Blank:

• Plant asset(s)
• Weather
• Temperature
• Wind speed
• Wind direction
• Start date and time
• time taken (hours and minutes)
• Tractor hours start
• Tractor hours end
• Fuel use
• Tank volume remaining
• Equipment triple rinsed
• Equipment clear washed
• crop photograph
• job status

Search terms should include spray records associated with location, date, assets and location.
