Include a data field on the quick forms to record any experimental deviations #74

Occasionally things go wrong on when applying a treatment. Quick forms should have a box that specifically records these deviations.

As the quick forms also apply to the commercial areas I suggest we make this a question that spans both the experiments and commercial areas. My suggestion would be something along the lines of:

Question: Errors and Deviations from Plan FarmOS Implementation: Log Notes Relevance: Operation Logic: Required Question Type: Alphanumeric Units: NA Question Description: Please describe any errors or deviations from the original plan, for example where the rate was increased compared to what was proposed by the agronomist. Record plot numbers where relevant on experiments. If there were no errors or deviations, write "none".
Calculation: NA Phase II Requirements and issues to be addressed: In experiments this would ideally be linked to specific plots (or the experiment area if the error applies over the whole experiment). However, maybe the process for experiments needs to be different and these deviations need to be captured via an observations quick form, which was proposed in #73

Duplicate issue for #636

Agreed in the meeting on the 18th January that this would ideally be linked to specific plots so might be best implemented when we have draft quick forms (#95) or a quick form in its own right (saved as an observation log).

Until then, all errors should be saved in the notes box

@aislinnpearson we have added an "Experimental Deviations" question to most quick forms that saves to the log notes. Is there anything additional we could add to this?

It sounds like you might want a dedicated log for these experimental deviations?

Thank you! For now I don't think it needs a dedicated log, just a tagged field so any errors can be recorded while the operations are being carried out. I am not sure if ultimately it is worth creating a new kind of log. I always assumed the observation logs would suffice, and we could use the Observation quick form #73. I think really it sounds like a data architecture type question, @richardostler?
