Quick forms: Rodent Bating #84

As described in the document attached to https://github.com/Rothamsted-Ecoinformatics/farm_rothamsted/issues/70#issue-1093250757:

"This would ideally be its own quick form as it requires its own job sheet and must be maintained as part of the vermin control for red tractor. Currently covered under the spraying quick form, if at all."

HI Barnaby,

As this is Phase II, I haven't even talked it through with the farm team. I think the setup tabs would differ as well - you'd create one location and then check it multiple times. Each time you check that box, you'd create a new input log for the bait.

It's definitely a nice to have though.
