Interactive tour of KnetMiner #510

User feedback: An interactive tour of KnetMiner on first use (requires additional changes to KnetSpace DB models to state whether user has had it first time or not) would be useful for first time users as it's not always clear what to do.

@AjitPS we've been talking about this idea for some time, several libraries exist and can take the workload off of us. For example, there is intro.js which is quite nice. There is also Shepherd, which is highly customizable and ready to fit in with KnetMiners niche look and feel.

Additional libraries include:

  1. Bootstrap tour
  2. Gmail composer tour inspired Chardin.js
  3. Jquery and CSS3 based PageGuide
  4. hopscotch
  5. Tourist.js

@KeywanHP Have a look at each and let us know the ones you like the most and we can add it.

Galaxy has great interactive tours. Can check what they use as is very responsive and light too.
