Genome Region Search: Genes count needs to update more frequently

Creating a genome region search shows the user how many genes are in a given section of a chromosome. The total needs to update more frequently. More specifically it needs to update when the start or end is empty.

Try going to Wheat and selecting the last example Grain growth. Now remove the Chromosome End position for either of the two entries. Note how the Genes count does not update.
