Genome Region Search modifications prevent Search working #764

To reproduce:

  1. Open CI-test
  2. Go to wheat
  3. Click Grain growth example
  4. Add an additional (third) genome region
  5. Remove the initial two genome regions which the Grain growth example added
  6. Try click Search

Additionally, clicking on Grain growth at this point also does not work, it only adds one genome region.

I see now this was a part of the existing 5.7 fixes. It works fine on ci-test and only doesn't work on babvs test for 5.6. Closing.
