Creating a network with >10 genes without an account gives an error that blocks the user. It should block the user because it's breaking a limit, but not break the interface and prevent the user from doing anything. Feels like the order of events is perhaps not quite right. Lawal please take a look...
@marco-brandizi we should make sure this is in the UI testing if it isn't already.
