Gene List Search, when the no of genes returns to a permitted value, the search button remains disabled #802

Tested locally (aratiny) and on CI test. As un-authenticated user, type 21 random lines in the 'Gene List Search' box. The wheel becomes red (no message), the 'Search' button is disabled (grey).

Remove one line, the wheel becomes green again, but the Search button remains disabled, it should be re-enabled.
