Missing ITSM::ConfigItem::Class and ITSM::ConfigItem::Role after install in GeneralCatalog #17

Hi, after installing the ITSMConfigurationManagement package the GeneralCatalog entries ITSM::ConfigItem::Class and ITSM::ConfigItem::Role are not added. Please check the diff between 10.1 and 11.

If it is not so easy to store empty keys, the documentation must be expanded.

It is not possible to add empty keys. So, the documentation has to be expanded (As soon as classes are imported, e.g. by using the Ready2Adopt-Classes, the keys will automatically show).
