Fix CustomerTicketProcess Module for Issue#843 in OTOBO Repository #2

This package use the CustomerTicketProcess.pm file which should be updated for Issue#843 in OTOBO Repository.

@svenoe My understanding is that the pull request provided by @dk-ciphron is part of the revamping of the process frontend, https://github.com/RotherOSS/otobo/discussions/1020. These enhancements were released in OTOBO 10.1.1 . In https://github.com/RotherOSS/ITSMIncidentProblemManagement/commit/80bfcbdd4d994b141f74a52169a62793cb0226c4 the shared code was adapted for OTOBO 10.1. Am I correct in assuming that the PR can be disregarded and that the issue can be closed?
