Glitch in Chrome in Admin-Frontend for Import Export #3734

In rel-11_1 I see some funny layout in Chrome. The page is https://localhost:1490/otobo/index.pl?Action=AdminImportExport;Subaction=TemplateEdit2;TemplateID=1

In Firefox it looks sane:

A similar effect can be seen in Firefox when making the browser window more narrow.
