Without this change, dragging in a .jpg file doesn't work.

Hey Ianh, since you're helping with some dev stuff, would you like to have a look at the user/client repos? And implement this change onto the client as well? You can create a site that is your client and another that is simply your user(portal.json,etc..), the idea is to simplify on boarding, updating and seeding of the Rotonde core client, while users can still customize their css.

This is going to roll out soon and I don't want them to be missing your latest fixes :) Let me know if you have any question.
