small fix for displaying entries with missing desc #142

Some portals don't have a "desc" field for whatever reason (I think they're broken/not loading correctly), which breaks rendering of the feed. This is a workaround for that.

Yeah, I removed it from onboarding. Maybe we should try to see how to bring them back. The reason behind is that you don't really navigate to other people's portals, so the desc and site were not as important as on a site like Twitter where you move to people's account pages.
