Update Readme to reflect latest onboarding process #179

Even though the on-boarding process is much simpler these days, if new users don't know about the site, they're never going to use it. This update points them straight to it.

I would also recommend adding it to the "site" field for this repo.

@neauoire btw, I accidentally had the wrong URL in the PR. So the URL in the github site field should actually be https://client-neauoire.hashbase.io/
