Adds Swept Harpy Wings. #212

Title

Why It's Good For The Game

They look good +++ current harpy wings kinda suck.

Also looks good for Eastern Dragons (the entire reason I even decided to port them).

This will likely become coal because they hide the sides of your character a bit too well but so do Drakian wings.

Tentatively, credits to SPLURT (they didn't sprite this but I can't find a source for the sprite and they had it) for the icons.

image There's icon states of some unrelated wings, remove them Also - why is there an m_insect_wings_ prefix, this should not have a gendered prefix or the feature name prefix, as these are not nesseacry. You sure it works? This is how the other wings are named image

image The image was from my test server which compiles and functions fine ingame, I'll remove the spare assets ( they were meant to be used for complex patterning/etc but our system doesn't support it)
