About The Pull Request

Admins will now be able to key bind these in the hotkeys section before the start of the round. Their preference. ASay - F3 AGhost - F5 Player Panel - F6

Why It's Good For The Game

Added the ability to quickly access keys for admins. Increased moderation ability.
