[REQUEST] Lack of Ambitions #263

Some classes have their ambitions in a game. ı know it is a bit restricting the RP, but people cannot find aims much. They need some generic ambitions to fulfill, and it should perhaps add PQ if you can deliver it? There should be some incentive though for people to aim that. Plus, some aims and ambitions should be competing with other people's ambitions. A beggar or vagabond should have a specific shop to target. It would be on the player to decide that, of course, but it can up the RP a bit. Every class should have different sets of ambitions, and it can be placed down in percentages. A steward can be %80 working good, but %20 corrupt in terms of ambition. Or a prince can be %50 hedonistic or %50 ambitious. Or just outright miserable. Same goes as king, for example, it can be %20 paranoid, making him see random weapons in random people's hands.

It can be pretty -normal- things like, as a bath wench, make 10 pleasures a round. Or for a carpenter, reach legendary carpenter. For merchant, gather x amount of coins. For higher classes, it should be higher bar, like for inquisitor, banish x amount of vampires, or mathios worshippers. For a king? Ensure your bloodline will survive, or make new babies, or just outright rule with iron fist... or be the contrary, be the man of the people. For princes? Have x amount of climax, or be the only one who were standing and usurp the throne as a king! It can drag on so your imagination would be your limit for staff to find ambitions. But I would love to see a captain having %90 to protect the throne as an ambition chance, but %10 to make a coup. Or some inquisitor having a crusade against the demons, while the court magician's ambition is to corrupt the citadel, and infesting it with evil forces of Zizo. Or a chancellor's ambition is to keep the vault intact, but the steward at that round have the ambition to steal as much coin as he can. Permutations are limitless, and it can really create unique and memorable rounds. As we lack interesting antags, this can be a good fix, introducing more RP venues.

I know it can be pretty hard to implement some of it, still, those can be good ideas.

Describe the solution you'd like

Solution written up there.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Not an alternative can do. It is literally it.

Additional context

RP dries out quickly. Give people fresh ideas for their rounds, so they can use it as a guideline. No one have to follow those guidances, but it can create a nice chaotic and random round.

It would be nice to find out how to get Triumphs, honestly... I think they differ by class.
