[BUG] Female of races (Even those that are tolerated_up) are unable to play Templar #281

Despite being listed as Male, Female and Tolerated Up, female half-kin/other tolerated races are unable to play as Templar

Edit: I'm an idiot and this change just hasn't gone into effect yet, it was from a PR from 3 hours ago! :^)
