About The Pull Request

As per Host's request, update sexcon.dm to include the requested changes.

Why It's Good For The Game

Host has requested these changes be made. Also helps contribute to the grimdark atmosphere by rewarding players for high risk/reward gameplay and excellent roleplay standards.
