[BUG] Padded Dresses and Silk Coats invisible for female tieflings. #300

Describe the bug

As stated in title- dresses are completely invisible except the sleeves on a side character view.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Play female tiefling.
  2. Attempt to equip padded dress/silk coat, or spawn with it.
  3. Observe.

Additional context

As seen in preview for Queen Consort- padded dress does not show up. Screenshot 2024-07-04 041027

This is also the case for many other races, Half-Kin, Humen, and Wild-Kin as well
