[REQUEST] Make racks breakable #402

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

You cannot remove racks at all other than using fireballs or ranged weaponry. Making it impossible to renovate areas.

Describe the solution you'd like

Make it breakable like any other furniture on combat intent enabled
