[BUG] Astrata Miracle spells don't affect vampyres correctly #442

Describe the bug

When using Lesser or standard Miracle on a vampyre as an acolyte of Astrata (possibly other divine casters), it does not stun them and also gives the same text as if you were healing them.

Round ID:

I forgot to grab the round ID before it ended, but it's the round previous to Xan304-12.05.50.

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Be an acolyte of Astrata 2) Use either Lesser Miracle or Miracle on a vampyre 3) Have no effect happen on them, and get the standard text as if you were healing someone with it.

Might be related but regular vampyres should not have spawned with this trait
