[BUG] Chuckledust does not exist. #779

Describe the bug

Chuckledust from drug vendor (Purity) gives out default powder. This thing does nothing after use: no effect, absolutely nothing. Maybe here give out real drug but NO, CHUCKLEDUST DOES NOT EXIST, THIS IS JUST A NAME OF GOODS.

Round ID:

Skull461-08.38.00 and any other round

In my opinion, this is not a joke or anything like that, just a powder without effects. Like a drug user, I want a cool powder worth +40 MAMMONS. In any case, this thing can turn from just powder into the Purest Moondust or a combination with other drugs, yep.

thats because chuckledust was changed to defaultpowder in a salt PR https://github.com/Rotwood-Vale/Ratwood-Keep/pull/451

this has been fixed, it's changed to spice. HOWEVER:

chuckledust never 'existed'. it was originally spice

akin to sweetleaf being a word for swampweed
