add option to use a longer ID length with -Fsecret=

this feature is basically the same as on "0x0.st"

Hey, sorry it's taken a while. Still not comfortable calling any of that "secret" or "secure", esp. calling it that and then having to explained it's not is kind of silly.

so you would put id_length=24 into the request to make it longer? I am fine with that
