Now, since Microsoft has made its Power Automate Desktop Tool available for free incl. plugins for Chrome and Edge, we might see more problems for HH to keep scripts under control ;)

I haven't looked into the PAD-Tool, but I surely will, and this might make scripting for everybody quite easy. You can simply record mouse clicks and get your money from girls with one click... let's see where this goes ;)

Interesting.

The fact is auto-clicking can only get you so far, many tools exist from a very long time, like autoit for instance. It will never be as reliable or fast as javascript and it's far less portable since it's user-interface dependent (button size and placement depends on browser and screen resolution for instance). And the code is a pain to maintain and update. Finally it cannot work on background.

Of course such a tool will never be a real challenge to our script. But it has some nice features like auto-saving attachments from incoming mails. If (big if) there is a supporter API like Exchange or Outlook, the tool becomes very powerful. It has some plugins for browsers as well, but mostly for starting, closing of tabs or the browser itself. So it won't be a thread, but who knows how far some people will stretch those mechanisms ;) I wouldn't be surprised if someone finds a way to do basic stuff like fighting or collecting money via the monthly-free-collect-all button...

So not a thread but I will watch for flows that might get posted somewhere :)
