The overworld map icons for Greenburst Crystal Tear/Flame-Shrouding Cracked Tear and Opaline Hardtear/Stonebarb Cracked Tear appear to be swapped.
I killed the Putrid Avatar east of Dragonbarrow Fork expecting to get Greenburst/Flame-Shrouding but got Opaline/Stonebarb.
P.S. I have to say that this guide is amazing and the map has been really nice to work with! Thank you guys so much for working on it and making it as good as it is!
