Composer.lock file is included in the repo and blocks installation on valid setups #4

The composer.lock file exists in the repo, while it should be excluded as this is a library.

Because of that, the local dev php 7.2. settings were used and installation failed on php 7.1. versions for other users.

This was resolved with release v1.0.2
