Application should alert user if accuracy metrics are below a certain threshhold. #66

If a user is viewing the bar char whose data has an "accuracy" metric below a threshhold (to be determined. 75%?) the user should be alerted in some way.

Alternately, can we overlay accuracy on the graph in some interesting way?
