Source file folder option (-sd) needs double slash #3

CodeCoverage fails when using simple '\' to feeds -sd option.
I must give \\ in the folder path.

Either add compatibility with single '\', or add a comment in the documentation.

Changed escape character in 0.4 to ^ - using \ is a really bad choice for 
escape character on Windows...
