[Bounty] Nodes map view should have min and max zoom level and pan limits

The map view in nodes page should have a min and max zoom level or pan limits, otherwise, end user can zoom/pan to unusable map levels like below.

Made map disappeared by panning all the way right as below.

I've tried to zoom but nothing works. Is this a feature not available to Mac browsers?

@bondibox sadly, I have only Windows to test with. Zoom functions work with mouse scroll events, if that helps.
