[Bounty] Inconsistent keywords used which causes confusion #179

In multiple pages (especially Votes and Apply for Delegates) following keywords are used interchangeably, which leaves first time users really confusing. Keywords - Delegates, Super Delegates, Representatives, Super Representatives, Candidates, Voter

Disclaimer - I may be wrong here, as I am not completely clear on these concepts. Again I am not clear because, some statements/description is not consistent/clear across the pages.

Also, with this new build, "private key" and "password" are identical. Only one term should be used.
