User can use left thumbstick to drive fwd/bkwd and turn left/right on Rover Zero.

We believe that this is related to the use of XPad driver rather than xboxdrv, xboxdrv being the support Xbox Controller driver for our driver. If this is not the case please let us know and we will review this pull request again.
