doubango and webrtc2sip configure.ac mismatch in svn r118 causes build to fail #134

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.configure.ac in doubango project has doubango version still set to 2.0.989 in 
svn r1006
2.configure.ac in webrtc2sip project has set min doubango version required set 
to 2.0.1002 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Since min doubango version is not matching what is expected, webrtc2sip compile 
fails because min required doubango version is not satisfied

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
doubango svn r1006 and webrtc2sip svn revision 118

Please provide server logs with DEBUG level equal to INFO

Please provide browser logs
