Titles need to be given unique colours. This will be done through (example) landed_title_colour_override.txt files, as such files will not be overwritten.
As we have our 'final' names for duchies and what-not, we can safely begin this without worrying about names changing.
However, please do not edit 01_landed_titles.txt itself. In short, we probably should never edit this file and should make changes (such as colours) to particular titles through override files.
