Bug/improvement for Ultima extension #50

For some reason Ultima shows up in every media options available. So even if you disable some of those 'prefered medias', like 'Livestreams' for instance, it still shows 'Livestreams' in the filters available. Can you look into this and maybe put Ultima into the 'Others' category, so that it will only show when you select 'Others'. Also all the disabled ones will have to stay disabled too
