AWT exception thread -Null point Exception #34

I have followed all the instructions as given in the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B9tXt6y-fLo yet getting an error like below: untitled4

How can I overcome this?

capture the the Jasper jar file that is to be copied and replaced by the same name file in the text2onto/3rdparty/gate is being replaced but still getting an error regarding the same and many other things.
